At Heart of Synergy, we are here to answer questions, help parents/guardians collaborate with the school team, and ensure their voices are part of the process and feelings are understood. Through 12 years of experience and knowledge in Educational and Special Education Leadership, we are well versed and knowledgeable in the special education procedural safeguards. We are experts in current practices for instruction and strategies for supporting students with various learning needs. Working in the school systems, we have been the first point of contact when beginning the special education process for students and have led various special service meetings.
Heart of Synergy builds a strong rapport with the students and families we support. One of our top strengths is empathy - being able to sense the feelings of others by envisioning themselves in the other person's situation. We can understand your perspective through this strength, guide you and your family with love and understanding through the special education process, and provide strategies for regulating any emotions.
