Building Personal Resilienceâ„¢
Heart of Synergy teaches school aged children to relate to day-to-day experiences by becoming self-aware of actions and emotions. Students will discover how to manage thoughts and emotions before, during, and after a draining feeling or situation using scientific research-based techniques through heart coherence.

Orton-Gillingham
Resilience Reading Instruction
Heart of Synergy uses the Orton-Gillingham multi-sensory methodology to teach struggling readers who have a diagnosis of dyslexia or lack foundational reading skills. Before students begin each session, they learn and practice resilience reading techniques through heart coherence.
Our Approach
The heart sends more information to the brain than the brain sends to the heart. When the heart and brain are synchronized, it leads to healthier decision making and increases optimal performance.
At Heart of Synergy, we teach school aged children to improve communication between the heart and brain, by using scientific techniques to regulate their heart rhythm patterns. This enhanced communication increases students' social, emotional, and academic performance and decreases depleting emotions (stress, anxiety, worry, anger, etc.). The emotional refocusing and restructuring techniques are monitored by in-the-moment heart rhythm patterns using biometric technology.
